Nature of the Service
BaZiXuan (bazixuan.com and its mobile app, “the Service”) provides traditional Chinese metaphysics charting tools, AI-generated readings, and booking for consultations with partnering consultants. The Service is not medical, legal, financial or marital advice; all content is for self-reflection and cultural interest. AI-generated material is labelled on the page.
Accounts
Registration requires an email or phone number and a password. You may use the charting features without registering (data stays on your device). An account syncs your profiles and purchases across devices. Keep your credentials safe. You can delete your account anytime in the app or on the web (see “Deleting Your Data” in the Privacy Policy); unfinished consultations must be settled first or you'll be guided to support.
Payments & Refunds
On the web you pay via ZPay (Alipay/WeChat) or Stripe; in the app via Google Play — each channel's terms apply. Unlocked digital content (chapters, reports) is generally non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. Real-consultation refunds follow the policy shown on each tier's purchase page (e.g. full refund before a session is scheduled; see each tier for post-session terms). Subscription products are currently not offered in the app.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to harass, defame or infringe others; to scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt it; or to falsify payment proof. In consultations, please do not submit content about harming yourself or others — the consultant may end the session and refund at their discretion.
IP & Content
The Service's interface, engine and copy are owned by the platform; your inputs (birth data, questions) remain yours. Do not republish a consultant's full reply publicly (personal reference excepted). Celebrity content is generated from public information, for entertainment only, and is unrelated to the persons themselves.
Disclaimer & Changes
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is not responsible for third-party links or for decisions you make based on readings. We may update these terms and the privacy policy from time to time; material changes will be surfaced in the app, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (or by your app-distribution channel's terms where they specify otherwise).
